Our story began in 2012 under the name Kairi Lele Caribbean Cuisine. In 2026, we embraced a fresh new identity as Blessup Trini Delites, LLC—a name that reflects the bold flavor, joyful energy, and heartfelt hospitality that Chef Rhonda pours into every meal.

Chef Rhonda’s culinary journey began long before the business itself. After migrating from Trinidad to New York City as a teenager, she carried with her a deep love for the food and traditions of her homeland. Inspired by the treasured cooking methods passed down from her grandmother and refined through formal culinary training, Chef Rhonda set out to share authentic Caribbean cuisine with communities across the United States.

Blessup Trini Delites is also proudly a family venture. Alongside Chef Rhonda, her husband Chef Willis Gamory and their children are part of the heartbeat behind the brand—supporting operations, service, and the day-to-day work that helps every event run smoothly. Together, the family shares one mission: to serve authentic Trinidadian cuisine with excellence, warmth, and genuine island hospitality.
